Last Monday,my son,Kendrick and I,went to Gerry’s Grill at Congressional branch for a night out with other fellow bloggers,  without knowing we are in for a sweet treat from their latest addition to their already yummylicious list of dessert.

After a sumptous dinner of Bulalo,Grilled Squid,Kare-Kare,Sisig and Grilled Cream Dory, we make sure to reserved a room for this very delicious dessert, that will definitely take away the heat of the Summer.

Fried Ice Cream: Wrapped in a crepe fried for perfection to keep the ice cream inside,with a dash of chocolate syrup,the Ice Cream will gonna melt in your mouth,not on your plate.

Ice Cream & Banana with Caramel Syrup: The sweetness of Ice Cream,Banana and the Caramel absolutely complete the sweetness without overpowering each other.

Vanilla Ice Cream In A Bed Of Tropical Fruit: For those who opted for a “healthy dessert”,this mixture of tropical fruit is definitely a must,and maybe a scoop of ice cream won’t hurt your diet,

Banana Split: Need I say more?

This is only one of so many great foods that were served yesterday at Mabuhay Restop Grand Opening. Though they served 4 different viands,but this is of course, my most favorite.  I also love the fruit salad that they had for dessert,while Kendrick enjoyed the riped Mango with tapioca pearls toppings (sorry, No Pic!)

I was so tired yesterday for almost an hour of walking, as much as I wanted to finish a few of my works including my CE Thorn CPA article, but I was so dead tired,not to mentioned I have to go to my sister’s office to bring the camera because she barrowed it for their Christmas party.

But anyway, it was a yummy-filled food yesterday and we had so much fun.
